1. What materials do you use in your collars?
Our collars are made from durable Biothane straps, stainless steel cable, and finished with high-quality metal hardware. Each piece is accented with a mix of acrylic and 3D-printed custom beads, ensuring both strength and style. All materials are chosen for durability, safety, and comfort.
2. How do I measure my pet for the right size?
- Use a soft measuring tape around your dog’s neck, where the collar normally sits.
- Or measure an existing collar (excluding the prong).
- Add 5 cm allowance to account for the beads, as they take up space and make the fit slightly tighter.

3. Are the collars safe for daily wear?
Yes, our collars are sturdy enough for daily wear. However, as they are beaded and custom-made, we recommend supervised wear during rough play to ensure safety and longevity.
4. Can I walk my dog using a SpottieGoods collar?
Our collars are strong and can be used for light to regular walks. For heavy pullers, escape artists or training sessions, we recommend pairing your SpottieGoods collar with a dedicated harness or training collar for extra safety.
5. Do you offer customisation?
Absolutely! You can choose from our preset color combinations or customise your collar with your pet’s name and preferred bead/color mix. Each collar is one-of-a-kind and made specially for your pup.
6. How long does it take for my order to ship?
All collars are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before shipping. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship both locally (Singapore) and worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that for international orders, customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. What is your return/exchange policy?
As each collar is custom-made for your pet, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, if the collar doesn’t fit well, please reach out and we’ll do our best to adjust or remake for the perfect fit. If there are any defects with your order, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
9. How do I care for my collar?
- Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse lightly with mild soap and water.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, extended soaking, or machine washing.
- Dry completely before storing.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow (for Singapore orders), and PayPal at checkout.
